Qntfy is looking for a talented and highly motivated Advertising and Marketing Client Management Specialist to join our team. You will serve as a bridge between our external clients, including marketing agency partners, and our internal data science and tech teams. You should have experience producing client presentations. You should be ready to own client management relationships with marketing agency partners and/or direct client projects with brands.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with experience communicating with senior management. You have the ability to listen in both written and verbal mediums, be well organized, and quickly take ownership of client projects. To be successful in this role, you must be able to gain proficiency in data exploration and reporting tools, and use them to meet client business and marketing objectives with minimal hand-holding from our tech team.

Previous experience working for or with a marketing agency Previous experience working in a technology company Experience using SQL and/or Python to explore and visualize data sets Experience with sales, especially organic growth


  • Actively manage client projects: anticipating client needs, tracking schedules and deliverables, managing expectations, cultivating relationships, handling routine communications, and ensuring requirements are sufficiently understood by internal peers

  • Act as a primary point of contact for Qntfy’s marketing and agency clients, including regular email correspondence, meetings, and presentations

  • Produce and share presentations and reports on project progress and results, including generating novel data visualizations using data and tools provided by data science and tech teams internally at Qntfy.

  • Use available data, tools and analyses to answer clients’ business questions, and find and surface stories that clients will find valuable.

  • Support new business and sales efforts, when required, through generating case studies, increasing web presence and earned media, participating in sales calls, and developing partnerships.


  • 3+ years professional experience in a related field - marketing analytics,  behavioral marketing, 
  • Client management experience OR working at a marketing agency in an account management or strategy role.
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills. (Writing sample required.)Be able to tell a story with data that is meaningful to marketing and agency clients 
  • Demonstrated experience generating business intelligence through reporting tools such as Excel, Tableau, SAP, SAS, DataPine, Power BI, Zoho, or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to produce compelling and visually appealing presentations and reports
  • Strong curiosity and ability to explore data, generate novel insights, and tell stories through visuals, writing and presentations that will affect business and marketing decisions 
  • Familiarity and comfort with Google Suite and MS Office (required) and project management software such as Jira, Trello, or Gitlab (Gitlab strongly desired)
  • Able to accommodate client meetings outside of typical US East Coast business hours
  • Able to travel to client meetings when needed
