About the Role:

ConsenSys is looking to hire a Learning & Development Lead with an executive presence.  The L&D Lead will be responsible for standing up a new pillar in the People & Talent Team, reporting directly to our Head of People & Talent. They will work closely across multiple internal teams and external vendors to create the L&D roadmaps for our employees. This role will be focused on creating customized materials and programs for ConsenSys based on your assessments of what is needed, while working closely with other project stakeholders.  

Required Skills: 

  • Experience designing and building L&D programs: career development; management training; diversity & inclusion; internal mobility; performance evaluation; compliance training; 
  • Understanding of the return on investment (ROI) of L&D programs and previous experience presenting metrics to senior leadership that show this ROI;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization; 
  • Understanding of the mechanics of the entire employee lifecycle;
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across multiple projects.

  • Experience working remotely in a global environment;
  • Blockchain enthusiast.
