Our client, an innovative fitness company, is seeking top-level Tier 2 technical communications representatives with a passion for fitness and exercise, to assist their customers via phone, chat and email for their new high-tech, innovative, personal-strength studio product.
(Note: Tier 2 representatives will potentially have access to the product to better understand all of its functions!)

Potential candidates need:

  • Experience talking with customers about hardware and troubleshooting solutions
  • Ability to sympathize with the customer and be able to develop a strong rapport via voice and text
  • Understand the importance of premium customer service and the desire to always work to find the best possible solution
  • Be a native English speaker with excellent phone and text etiquette - speaks clearly and enthusiastically

Bonus qualifications:

  • Familiarity with fitness and work out equipment
  • Previous experience within the fitness industry
  • General interest in fitness and the fitness industry
Hour of operation:Monday - Friday, 9 am - 4 pm PTSaturday and Sunday, 9 am - 2 pm PT(Hours may change, and full flexibility is appreciated and desired)
