Basic Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or higher with a technical discipline (computer science or engineering preferred) or relevant experience
· 5+ years of technical program/project management

Preferred Qualifications

· 6+ years of technical program/project management delivering software solutions
· Superior verbal and written communications skills with high attention to detail including precise and effective communications
· Proven oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze, problem-solve, scope requirements prioritize and deliver with cross-functional teams.
· Proven judgment, ability to influence others, and strong technical skills
· Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
· Proven ability to have worked with software development teams
· Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Self-starter and passion for innovation
· Proven leadership, problem solving and strong attention to detail.
