We are looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to help us scale Color’s financial systems for the future. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Financial Systems and Process, you will play a critical role in supporting our ERP systems, NetSuite, including the related ecosystem of existing financial integrated tools including Tipalti, TripActions, etc. This position focuses on system administration, operational support, financial and management reporting, system testing, and user training. This position will help establish, implement, and support foundational financial systems and processes at the Company and will work cross functionally on financial system initiatives including governing financial master data to ensure a high degree of data quality and integrity.

How You’ll Contribute:

• Be the point of contact for all Financial Systems (i.e. NetSuite, Tipalti, Tripactions, etc.) to support end user’s needs
• Be responsible for NetSuite data and process integrity - optimize Netsuite according to business requirements, including workflows, NetSuite Module enablement (i.e. Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Management, etc.)
• Implement best practices for NetSuite and integrations with  third party financial systems - ensure optimal use and ongoing system alignment
• Maintain financial system integration points and documentation - including employee travel systems and credit card platforms
• Support financial system reporting needs of department subteams - AP, AR, Finance, Deal Desk
• Customize NetSuite views, reports, and searches according to department subteam requirements
• Maintain user roles & permissions as the company/team grows for all financial systems 
• Maintain system metadata, chart of accounts, and other system maintenance tasks
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical design
• Develop scripts and workflows for automation and other system processes

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 3+ years of experience in NetSuite as consultant, administrator and/or system analyst. with understanding of integrations, customizations and configurations
• Strong understanding of NetSuite third party integration tools
• Detailed understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to Accounting (AR, AP, GL, Invoicing); Revenue Management and inventory/supply chain 
• Must be proficient with saved searches, formulas, reporting, creating dashboards, creating custom forms and creating workflows.
• Understanding of SuiteScript or Javascript
• Working knowledge of other financial systems including Tipalti, Anaplan, Zone Advanced Billing and Tripactions is a plus
• NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills – both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with business stakeholder
