Location & Remote Work
Our technology team works on the "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo and Campinas or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

Stages of the Selection Process
Our selection process currently lasts an average of 30-40 days, from application to completion of the assessment. Going through:
- Interview with HR
- Business case
- Interview with managers
About the Area:
In order to attract and retain top talent, we are building a compensation & benefits area focused on maintaining our rewards strategy competitive and aligned to our core values.
You will work directly with:
Design, implementation and management of our compensation strategy and its main attractiveness elements.
Market data, reflecting the current reality
Design and implementation of compensation processes and policies’ maintaining a balance between agility and governance.
Support managers to design organizational structures capable of delivering our OKRs and provide guidelines to Job Descriptions and leveling.
Through benchmarks, market data and QuintoAndar’s values, Design, implement and improve our Short and Long term incentives.
Design and adapt compensation estructures of companies we are acquiring through our M&A strategy
Please, only apply if you have:
- Previous experience with Job descriptions and organizational structure design;
- Previous experience with Salary wages design and update;
- Analytical background (we are trying to solve complex problems and design long term programs, therefore we need you to be able to recommend solutions based on a considerable amount of data, variables and stakeholders);
- Proven experience designing and implementing processes/policies/projects from scratch, guaranteeing alignment across stakeholders;
- Proven ability to solve complex problems in a short framework of time.
