How about bringing your years of experience delivering training, webinars, meetups and events to developers around the world? If so, join us to help build the world best developer community.

Key job responsibilities
Amazon Devices is an inventive research and development organization that designs and engineers high-profile consumer electronics. The devices org began in 2004 as a subsidiary of Amazon.com, Inc., originally creating the best-selling Kindle family of products. Since then, we have produced groundbreaking devices like Fire tablets, Fire TV, Amazon Echo and Amazon Show. The Amazon Devices group delivers delightfully unique Amazon experiences, giving customers instant access to everything, digital or physical.

As the manager of developer evangelism, you will own all aspects of growing our developer community through a variety of touch points, including training, webinars, meetups, events and conferences. Your developer engagement efforts will reach all Amazon developers who bring content to product lines ranging from Echo and Fire TV to automotive. Hiring and managing a team of developer evangelists to bring our message to developers around the world is also a key part of this role.

You will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary team of engineering, business development and product management leaders to ensure that the voice of the developer is our primary guidance for everything we do.

A day in the life
In this role you will interface tirelessly with third party developers to understand their needs and help translate those into developer platform requirements. You will also represent the customer voice in cross-functional discussions to define and refine the tools and other products we provide to make Amazon the first platform of choice for developers.

About the team
Our team's singular focus is on building the world's best developer experience and developer program. We work across numerous internal cross-functional teams and with external developers and partners to ensure that adoption of our developer solutions is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
