What you’ll do at Jamf:

 

This Content Specialist will focus on producing sales and marketing enablement content specifically for Carriers, Apple Retail and Channel partners. As part of the Content Marketing team, you will be collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs and deliver compelling resources, including written and video content, seeing content and campaigns through from conception to completion.

 

Responsibilities

  • Effectively support Channel strategies by creating a strong content marketing strategy to support Channel Sales and Marketing Enablement
  • Write persuasive audience-specific content that accurately reflects our product offering and is in line with the brand voice
  • In collaboration with the Email Marketing team, plan and provide copy for monthly channel partner and carrier newsletters and communications
  • In collaboration with internal sales teams, continuously explore and respond to our partner, carrier and Apple enablement needs
  • Create and maintain the Partner Marketing Portal
  • Provide support for partner-focused enablement events
  • Promote the launch of new resources internally, to our sales teams
  • Plan, research and write email sequences aimed at sales and marketing teams at our partners

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a marketing or sales enablement role (required)
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills (required)
  • Excel/Numbers, Word/Pages, Powerpoint/Keynote proficiency required
  • Relevant work experience in the SaaS / tech industry (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills in English (required) and German (preferred)
  • Basic use of Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce and Monday.com or another project management tool (preferred)
  • Technical aptitude and desire for continuous learning and advancement
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability for creative problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered
