The Digital Marketing Project Manager is a subject matter expert in managing all Marketing Production projects. You thrive under pressure and excels at managing numerous projects with various owners and stakeholders across the Marketing team and potentially beyond. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s alignment and task timelines. You are a free thinker who uses discernment to make decisions with authority, have a strong work ethic, and are fearless in your approach. You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks with diverse team members and a team player with a problem-solving, solution-driven approach. 
Key Responsibilities ·         Coordinating with cross-functional team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. ·         Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information. ·         Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and final status conveyed for project KPI reporting.·         Formulate, administer, and maintain the detailed Project Management System, which will include all required activities, tasks, status risks, issues, and resource requirements, leading to a successful and timely implementation Schedule.·         Host project kickoff meetings, along with frequent check-ins to confirm tasks and responsibilities will be met prior to task deadlines.·         Monitor project progress, clear roadblocks and timely resolutions. ·         Double-check all project deliverables for accuracy·         Communicate expectations, progress, and milestone completion to stakeholders, and manager. ·         Escalating issues to manager when required Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive roles and communication 
Organization: Works cross functionally with: ·         This role will require strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams within Marketing, cross-departmental stakeholders, agency partners and suppliers.
Success Metrics: ·         Ensure shared service SLAs and shared understanding expectations are met 90-100% ·         Customer Satisfaction rate of 85% +
Education Requirements: ·         Diploma, degree or relevant certifications·         5+ years of experience in similar role managing Digital Marketing Initiatives and campaigns
Required Experience: ·         Agency management experience or working in a creative studio or production a plus ·          Experience as a Project Manager within a large dynamic and fast moving Marketing organization managing projects across teams, segments
Skill/Behaviors: ·         Knowledge of web design applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, XD ·         Proficiency in project management tools and dashboards ·         Ability to analyze marketing project management tools and create insightful reports ·         Excellent multitasking, customer service, communication, problem solving and analytical skills ·         Critical thinker and problem-solving skills ·         Great communication and presentational skills ·         Hunger to continue learning about changes and innovations in the digital marketing landscape ·         Proficient at managing multiple projects concurrently·         Strong communication skills and comfort in working with colleagues at all levels of seniority within the company·         Must have a sharp attention to detail and ability to multi-task·         Strong inter-personal skills·         Strong analytical skills that focuses on insights and outcomes·         Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.  ·         Thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong project management instincts, including the skills to accurately specify project timeframes, risks and dependencies. ·         Enjoys working in cross-collaborative teams with a strong sense of curiosity and capacity to both learn from and teach others.  Quick learner with the ability to rapidly correlate new concepts to existing knowledge. 
Knowledge: ·         Kapost, Workfront, Jira·         Content management/project workflow management tool an asset·         Proficient in Microsoft office·         Proven project management understanding·         Understanding of requirements to complete a marketing asset within all channels#LI-TW1#LI-Remote
