Integrated Marketing Manager

What we’re looking for

Here at Extra, we take pride in having high standards for executing category defining marketing campaigns. As we continue to grow and as our marketing department expands with more people and teams to facilitate this output, it is essential that we have an amazing campaign manager to run the show and make sure that everyone is insync. You will be the conductor controlling the tempo at which the marketing department moves and executes the beginning, middle and end of each and every campaign, while ensuring that nothing slips through the cracks. 

 

What you’ll do

  • Create and maintain a campaign management process - outlining clear to-do’s for the beginning, middle and end of each campaign.
  • Help plan, supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success as well as brief in creative teams, agencies, and partners
  • Strategize campaign calendar and delegation of campaign planning within the marketing campaigns team.
  • Implement the RACI workflow process within the department.
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational needs, such as compliance & Brand requirements as well as communication throughout the company.
  • Work with the Marketing Directors, and other internal and external stakeholders to manage Marketing Campaigns from briefing through to delivery.
  • Proactively predict and remove any roadblocks that may delay a Campaign timeline or create additional, unnecessary delays.
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing toward goals to stakeholders
  • Compile and present campaign results to stakeholders and partners in a way that is understandable, actionable, relevant, and aligns with Extra’s objectives.
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects

Minimum Basic Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably for financial products or other heavily regulated products
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skillset, with the ability to track and report on key performance indicators
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with intertwining deadlines while staying focused on the details
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
  • Proficient in Google services (Gmail, Google Docs, and Sheets)
  • Experienced with Slack & Notion
  • Knowledge of Adobe Cloud services (Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator, After Effects)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in driving targeted acquisition, retention, upsell, and cross-sell marketing campaigns
  • Prior  experience and proven track record in developing multi-channel roadmaps
  • Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items
  • Interpersonal skills and capability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
  • Robust experience using Notion and other PM/automation tools
  • A sense of humor
