🚀About the RoleAs an Associate Software Quality Engineer for our Mobile Team, you’ll be tasked with ensuring quality within Quantum Metric’s Mobile SDK. From manual testing to writing UI tests and beyond, you’ll be directly entrusted with the task of building tests around pieces of code being run on millions of end-user mobile devices. It’s a great responsibility with the opportunity for a massive positive impact on our organization!

We’re looking for software developers who have an innate sense of where a problem is likely to occur, and how they can go about verifying that it doesn’t. You enjoy brainstorming sessions with your peers and product owners to determine the best approaches forward. 🔧 Responsibilities

• Executing manual and automated test scripts against mobile SDK
• Building automated tests - end to end, unit, etc.
• Providing detailed documentation on bugs and defects in the appropriate testing tool
• Collaborating with Mobile Team on testing efforts and planning

💡 Requirements

• Nice to have: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent (we have self-taught coders as well!)
• Experience working with a high performing fast-paced team and in an agile tech development environment
• Demonstrate attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with at least one of the following languages: Java, Kotlin, Swift or Objective-C
• Familiar with XCTest, Appium, Selendroid, or other Android/iOS testing frameworks
• Compensation: $60k - 80k
