Senior Sales Executive, Digital Advertising

The senior sales executive, digital advertising, will be responsible for growing Flickr's advertisement revenue. As the very first member of this team, you’ll have the opportunity to directly impact the shaping and maturing of Flickr's advertising business and to grow into a leadership position.

You will:

• Lead Flickr's direct sales, programmatic, and partnership efforts.
• Be responsible for identifying growth opportunities and working with various ad networks, agencies, partners, and key accounts. 
• Own all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting, pipeline generation, conversion, upselling, and renewals with demonstrated ability to achieve quotas to drive growth.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to identify and execute the development of ad products, data capabilities, pricing, and functionality desired by the marketplace.
• Act as the subject-matter expert to guide Flickr on industry trends and forward-looking strategies.
• Develop a pipeline of direct sales prospects as well as identify and execute on areas of improvement to grow current Monthly Recurring Revenue on programmatic ads revenue.
• Build engaging and compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client acquisition strategy.

You have:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital/mobile ad sales and business development.

Flickr is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Colorado is $108,000 - $119,000. This position is also remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as defined competency leveling and geographic location.
