We are looking for a customer-obsessed Sr. Product Manager to support our growing US business. This PMM will manage a global team that is in charge of driving adoption of the Smart Reorders feature within Smart Home. This individual and their team will support a diverse range of go-to-market and marketing initiatives as we drive feature adoption and product expansion. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role in which the candidate will define the strategy behind how we communicate and interact with customers.
The successful candidate will have detailed eye for data to develop, launch, test, and report on awareness, education, and conversion-oriented programs touching all areas of the business. The candidate will possess excellent analytical abilities, and have the ability to work with technology, product development and business teams. The ability to manage multiple milestones and shifting requirements in a fluid, fast-moving environment—while keeping senior stakeholders updated on your progress—is critical to success in this position.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- 6+ years of experience managing teams
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in product management
- A background in technology sales and marketing - Smart Home product experience preferred but not required
- Experience managing a high caliber team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Smart Home products and brands
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think creatively
- Experience in consumer electronics or technology sector
- Experience working cross-functionally across multiple groups such as Marketing, Product Management, Retail, Business Development and Research
- Experience in data analysis that leads to strategic recommendations
- Experience with analysis and reporting on a full business P&L
- Excellent communication skills
- Project management experience
- Demonstrated ability to build new strategies and programs from scratch
