As a recruiter / sourcer, you will partner with the business teams to execute against our hiring goals for a dynamic, growing business. A successful candidate will be passionate about hiring and developing technical talent and have a personal track record of successfully delivering against the most difficult talent acquisition challenges. Our recruiter / sourcer is a member of the recruiting team focusing on hiring top talent, serving as a primary recruiting point of contact for a variety of orgs within FireTV , and will have significant influence and impact over the delivery of recruiting services to our customers.

A day in the life
The Recruiter will:
· Educate stakeholders on the tech recruiting process, external tech demographic and set expectations of how businesses/hiring teams need to participate as well as best practices.
· Partner with hiring managers to build effective passive candidate sourcing strategies
· Ability to display data in a simple format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
· Manage the allocation, observe trends that could affect the ability to meet the demand, and create strategies to get back on track.
· Monitor the vacancies, pipeline, allocation, funnel conversion, time to fill, diversity, and quality of hire.
· Provide oversight of the interviewer pool and work with Hiring Managers if additional participation or course correction required.
· Ensure we are consistent across the org with streamlining tech recruiting process from phone interview to onsite.
· Utilize market data and talent intelligence trends to guide the business with opportunities that could address their needs faster.
· Report insights to the business stakeholders on metrics, measurements, and status of performance indicators.
· Utilize analytics to anticipate roadblocks and problem solve the challenges.
· Participate in prebriefs, onsite interviews and debriefs

About the team
We are a global team supporting the EDS organization.

Basic Qualifications


-5+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
· Applicant Tracking System experience for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
· MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.






Preferred Qualifications

-Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
-Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
-3+ years of client-facing responsibilities working directly with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations
-2+ years Recruiting experience a strong plus
-1+ years of demonstrated experience in applying analytics to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team

For virtual jobs where work can be performed in Colorado, this position starts at $69,500-$121,600/year. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
