AWS is seeking Partner Manager for Professional Services - Industrials. We are seeking a candidate to develop a forward-looking, innovative partner strategy that drives significant impact for our customers and partners globally as related to AWS Professional Services in the automotive and manufacturing industries. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute on Global strategic partner initiatives and growth plans in the automotive and manufacturing verticals. You will oversee the all-inclusive partner strategy for ProServe Automotive and Manufacturing and have day to day responsibility for partner sales and co-selling with the AWS field sales teams. You will need to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, sales teams, and partner sales and technical teams. This leader is results driven with experience in sales, channel, or business development in infrastructure or cloud services. You must have demonstrated leadership qualities, and draw upon experience in sales, relationship building, and both direct and matrix operating structures. You must have deep experience in supporting a constantly evolving partner and alliances team, being the local presence of the business, and delivering against targets.


Represent ProSErve as the Head of ProServe Partner and Alliances for Automotive and Manufacturing and participate in industry and partner events to deliver thought leadership on how AWS partners.

Own the development and execution of the all-inclusive partner strategy, related to Professional Services, across SI, MSP, VAR, and ISV for Automotive, including the annual planning cycle.

Collaborate with the sales team Partner Program leadership to drive efficiencies within global Automotive and Manufacturing customers.

Manage a partner sales target delivered through a broad set of AWS Partner Network (APN) Consulting and Technology Partners within Global Automotive customers.

Work with the Partner Success Managers and ISV Success Managers that are responsible for the overall success of APN partners selling with the AWS field teams.

Drive efficiencies and operational improvements across the partner success function and be an active voice for change and improvement to the partner core teams.

You must have a proven track record of developing and executing on strategic partnerships globally as well as leading global teams at scale. The chosen candidate will bring a high-level of gravitas, astute judgment, effective strategic and influencing expertise, and exceptional people leadership skills. You will have digital/cloud transformation experience and the ability to develop differentiated offerings and engagements that will have industry shaping impact in the Automotive Industry.

Demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams including direct and channel marketing, solution architect teams, Professional Services teams and account management teams.

Prior experience working with partners and consulting companies to achieve sales.

Basic Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Global sales/partner development/business development
10+ years in the Automotive or Manufacturing Industry experience
Demonstrated track record of success with sales/partner teams
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives
Possess presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive goals to completion

Preferred Qualifications

MBA/Technical Undergraduate/Master’s Degree
Experience and familiarity with the AWS platform, products, solutions and capabilities
Understanding of digital transformation drivers and the technology ecosystem that supports them

• The pay range for this position in Colorado is $193,000 - $262,000(yr.); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
