We are currently seeking a detailed, communicative, and experienced ServiceNow System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the ServiceNow platform in support of operations/professional services unit within the company.

  • Create, maintain and enhance future connections between ServiceNow and other systems
  • Support the discovery, requirements gathering, and the build out of core ServiceNow functionality
  • Complete and manage backend configurations in ServiceNow
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts in an Agile development environment
  • Lead the vision for dashboards, metrics, etc. and provide the concepts to the developer for implementation
  • Support testing, configuration, change, and release management
  • Support development efforts, as needed
  • Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products




  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, or related degree.
  • 5+ years’ System Administrator experience
  • 2+ years ServiceNow System Administrator experience
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience working in an Agile project environment with emphasis on frequently delivering  functional software releases at a sustainable pace

Desired Skills

  • Hands on with ServiceNOW IT Service Delivery platforms
  • Experience with the OneLogin or similar platform
