Who we are

We are a group of 80+ people who are literally changing the future of payroll (and having fun together). Our AI-based technology bundled with our team, the human face of payroll, lets us make a payroll solution that our users don’t hate. We believe that in the 10 years from now, payroll software will be eliminated from the dictionaries!

We’re looking for talented individuals to join our Front-end team and create innovative mobile and web Front-ends. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to global start-up culture and develop skills through close collaboration with people across the company. If you want to use modern frontend approaches – and if you are devoted to building the best testing capabilities from scratch – this job is for you. This role is ideally suited for an Engineer who is very good at working closely with others, both backend developers and designers. We are looking for someone who is self-igniting, motivated to seek opportunities to improve the codebase and the delivery process on the Frontend.

In this role you will:

  • Own the technical side of Frontend projects, deliver new features and increase the test code coverage
  • Work in an experienced and knowledgeable team, in an Agile environment
  • Implement and maintain Frontend technology stack by producing clean, efficient code
  • Generate ideas, design software changes or implementation of features
  • Implement tests and build testing capabilities
  • Integrate with backend components
  • Troubleshoot and debug
  • Collaborate with designers and Backend teams
  • Work with and help improve CI/CD processes
  • Act independently and be a clear voice in Frontend design
  • Contribute by asking, learning, helping, growing


You will set yourself apart if you possess:

  • A few years of experience designing and developing software to answer business needs
  • Experience in modern JavaScript frameworks and methodologies
  • Ability to produce high quality code, also when deadlines are tigh
  • Good understanding of architectures and API design principles
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (jest/detox/cypress/other)
  • Know how to use debugging tool
  • Experience with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins or Travis
  • Consulting mindset and readiness to help Product Managers lead product development from the technical side
  • Being a technological authority for Front-end, eager to help make informed design and implementation decisions
  • A positive attitude, high integrity, low ego
  • Not being afraid to roll up your sleeves and to be proactive
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

While we originate from Poland, we are a remote-first, globally distributed company with team members located on 3 different continents. You have the freedom to choose where to work, and we will support you in making it a great experience.

For those who prefer office work, we have a voluntary option to relocate to Poland (we have offices in Warsaw and Toruń), and we will help you with your visa.
