Senior Marketing Associate (FIAT)

Responsibilities

• Work with a global cross-functional team to drive user-growth initiatives from research to ideation, conception, execution and lifecycle analysis
• Produce high quality, engaging and original content
• Drive effective and creative marketing campaigns, working cross-functionally with design, content, performance marketing, product and other teams
• Work with local teams to identify opportunities and gaps for user growth, user education
• Design and execute localised campaigns tailored to each market’s user readiness, behaviours and market trends
• Dive into data analysis to develop user personas, analyse user conversion rates, and leverage data-driven insights to create opportunities for user growth

Requirements

• Willing to get his/her hands ‘dirty’, to get into the details to understand local nuances, user behaviours, crypto/defi trends, and most importantly, willing to embark on a learning journey
• A strategic thinker with the motivation and drive to own and execute initiatives
• Must be able to both work independently and collaborate with remote global marketing team members
• Highly organised and comfortable working across time zones and multiple projects
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media related roles
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminologies and trends, and a strong interest in crypto culture are a plus
