Come build how humans are manage and access to AWS. Help organization organize how they create, manage, and scale their workforce identities. As enterprise adoption accelerates, governance, security, and identity management systems are critical to growth. AWS Single Sign-On enables customers to focus on their business, not the head-ache of managing their workforce identities.

You will work with customers and AWS teams to expand the footprint of AWS Single Sign-On, making it easy to manage access to their AWS Accounts, SaaS applications, and applications built by AWS. A commitment to teamwork, hustle, and strong communication skills (to both business and technical partners) are critical. The role requires leaders with technical depth to guide the development process, project management skills to ensure the proper solution is delivered to customers, and attention to detail to deliver solutions that delight customers.

You will both manage an existing high-functioning team and hire significantly to build and drive the vision going forward. With a strong leadership, and a culture of challenge, support, and feedback, you will grow your skills and talents so you can scale with the new challenges and opportunities that arise as the organization expands.

You will guide a diverse, smart, and hardworking team. We’re parents, musicians, and athletes who enjoy time outside of the office. We’ve worked hard to create a trusting, collaborative, diverse, and supportive atmosphere. We’re looking for a positive, enthusiastic, driven, and personable manager to continue this environment and lead this team. Come join us, and start your next challenge!
