What we're looking for

Working within Momentive's growth marketing department, you will provide data insights to decision-makers using internal and external sources. They construct forecasts, dashboards, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. You will provide insights to teams like demand generation, paid marketing, SEO, and website to help bring clarity to campaign performance as we work toward our targets.

You will become the go-to person when our team members have questions about performance data or marketing dashboards. Also, you will create documentation for our marketing analytics products so our team members can more easily self-serve.

You will

  • Knowledge of project and information management.
  • Gather data, perform transformation, perform complex analysis, solve both business and technical problems.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence techniques that transform raw data into useful information for marketing teams
  • Knowledge of database management systems
  • Creatively and analyze marketing campaign performance
  • Document data definitions, metrics and reports to ensure consistency in reporting across the department

You have

  • 3+ years of direct experience in:
  • Salesforce
  • Google Sheets
  • SQL
  • Presentation and public speaking
  • Statistics
  • Tableau
