Marketing Manager - Demand Generation

The B2B demand gen team is responsible for the implementation of the overall B2B digital sales enablement strategy. Working cross-functionally with sales, product, and editorial teams, the demand gen team creates, disseminates, and reports on revenue driving activities across owned, earned, and paid channels.

As Marketing Manager, you will report to the director of demand gen while working closely with the Group Publisher in charge of the Food & Beverage, Travel & Hospitality, and Infrastructure & Energy Teams. You will be responsible for the creation, execution, and follow-up of B2B marketing automation, digital advertising, and related programs that are built on specific, data-driven goals and which generate actionable leads, nurture existing leads and contacts for sales, and influence revenue. The position will be managed by a combination of metric and objective-based goals that support the overall strategy.

Requirements

• Experience with demand and lead generation fundamentals, including lead scoring and buyer personas
• High level of creativity, an eagerness to try new things and strong desire to learn and collaborate with the other marketing managers
• A track record of building, executing and reporting on digital marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with at least two of the following – Hubspot, Marketo, and Eloqua
• Proficiency in marketing data analytics including first-touch and multi-touch attribution models
