At DNSFilter we have a singular mission: to challenge the way the industry thinks about security via DNS. We support over 15,000 organizations, including Fortune 500 customers like NVIDIA, and Lenovo, and provide DNS security to more than 4 million end users. And we are growing quickly! At the start of 2020, our software was processing 1B queries/day. At the end of 2021 we were processing an average of 17B queries/day! In the middle of a global pandemic, our team (and product) thrived. We doubled the size of our team, and we’re looking to do it all over again in 2022.


We are looking for a Customer Marketer who will own our marketing-to-customer relationships to create new revenue opportunities and maintain important customer ties.

You will:

  • Own the marketing side of customer relationships across review sites, communities, testimonials, and more
  • Manage relationships with external review sites (G2Crowd, Capterra, Gartner Peer Insights, TrustRadius, etc.)
  • Manage customer surveys, assist with conversations in beta test groups, interview customers, and work closely with sales to better understand why our users choose us
  • Own the content creation for surveys, case studies, and customer enablement materials
  • Monitor, and participate in, communities that DNSFilter is involved in to gain customer & prospect insights
  • Work closely with product, product marketing, and customer success to close the loop on customer feedback and ensure customer asks happening externally reach product
You have:
  • Enough of a writing portfolio that proves you can create case studies and video testimonial content from scratch
  • A passion for modern technology, and a strong desire to educate the world about the danger of cyber threats.
  • The ability to work in a mostly EST environment
  • A history of working remotely
  • Experience as a key contributor in a sales and/or marketing role
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • The ability write quality case studies that show product value
Bonus points for:
  • Experience managing review site relationships or other vendors
  • A background in sales
  • Experience with MarTech tools like Marketo, Salesforce, SEMRush, etc.
  • Experience with project management tools
