Sr. Business Analyst - FP&A

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing and deployment tasks of our software product’s features. With a good understanding of FP&A process.

This is a contract C2C or 1099

Must be USC or Green Card

Responsibilities

• Help design, document and maintain system processes
• Document and understand business requirements so work can be handed over to admins and developers; our current bottleneck is getting the requirements documented
• Work with business partners to elicit and capture business needs; understand the customer problem and define detailed user requirements to enhance the design and development of our applications.
• Act as an intermediary between business and IT by using a deep understanding of business processes and technology to help business partners achieve their desired outcomes.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document current and future state processes by creating functional specification documents, process flows, etc.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Excellent Oral and written communication skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Identify the steps or tasks to support the implementation of new features
• Ability to do process flows and come up with test plans
• 3+ years of working in an ERP environment focusing on Finance
• 3+ years of proven business analyst experience
• Good understanding of FP&A process

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in EdTech industry
• Broad knowledge on business operations processes
