About the Team: The Confluent Global Revenue Marketing team is chartered to build and scale efficient go-to-market strategies, partnering with sales and engaging customers / prospects with targeted campaigns and high touch field marketing activities that build pipeline and drive predictable revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end campaign launch deliverables across Product, Partner, and Field Marketing teams focused on enterprise accounts
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing, Content, and Design teams to build catalogue of enterprise focused content that spans the entire enterprise buyer’s journey
  • Orchestrate digital acquisition campaigns (including with 3rd party vendors / agency) 
  • Execute nurture and webinar programs designed to inform and educate executive buyers on the value of event streaming from awareness through consideration
  • Work with enablement and operations to ensure Sales & SDRs are enabled to successfully follow up and drive pipeline from these campaigns
  • Coordinate with regional field marketing managers to produce campaigns-in-a-box to generate and accelerate pipeline within region
  • Drive localization/translation workflows with internal and external teams
  • Create 1:few account based programs in coordination with Sales to drive pipeline at an accelerated pace
  • Partner with Field Enablement team to develop training and messaging for Enterprise 1:few/many campaignsEvaluate the marketing performance of partners and recommend improvements
  • Manage & monitor campaign pipegen performance against goals

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years related experience in B2B marketing, campaigns marketing, ABM marketing and/or product marketing
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and deal velocity through end-to-end campaigns
  • Experience with tracking key performance metrics for partner marketing with outstanding results
  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills with ability to present complex technical ideas in a simple, straightforward manner
  • Self-motivated, innovative, and creative with strong project management
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a cross functional team and also work

Additional Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce and ABM platforms
  • Experience working with external marketing agencies and building marketing programs with a large group of stakeholders
  • Worked in a startup, bonus points if it’s within the data and analytics space
