Name of role: Lead Product Designer — Research

About the role

We are looking to hire a ‘Lead Product Designer – Research' who is passionate about researching finance products and defining the direction of our innovative banking platform, to ensure we are the core banking provider of choice globally.

We don’t just want to build to client demands — we want someone who can research and define the direction of the business and technology, so we remain ahead of our competitors by offering a more innovative banking platform, enabling our clients to build next-generation banking.

Our in-house Product Design Team is made up of versatile UX/UI Product Designers who are always developing and widening their skillsets and collaborating very closely with clients and fellow colleagues. Our Designers are highly skilled in Figma, and confident running their own user testing, writing scenarios, testing products, gathering insights, and designing innovative, and incredibly easy to use products.

10x Banking already has established banking clients, and has built a strong pipeline of business opportunities, ripe for research. We are well funded, with a high calibre Product & Engineering team and a good product roadmap.

You will use your Product Research to drive conversations with prospective clients, and to collaborate with them on building out innovative customer propositions. This research will also inform our industry Whitepapers, published regularly.

  • You are comfortable working strategically across multiple cross-functional squads
