🚀 Expectation of the role:

You'll be the first person to hold the revenue operations role at Grip, this is a unique opportunity to have a defining impact and put best practices in place from the ground up ensuring we are ready for future scale and growth.

The right person has experience maintaining high-quality data in CRM Systems (Salesforce), providing insight to sales leaders and leadership to support our sales and business strategy.

Requirements

🚀 Core Responsibilities:

  • Build the revenue operations function from scratch, with support from the leadership team.

  • Ensuring high quality data in Salesforce and holding people to account so we have one single source of truth for the business.

  • Develop, automate, and own regular sales KPI and forecast reporting.

  • Produce monthly/quarterly QBR data packages, charts, and sales performance metrics for the leadership team.

  • Work cross-functionally with to define metrics and data fields in Salesforce and ensure their availability.

  • Work with leadership and field questions and provide guidance around key performance metrics, sales compensation, business planning and other areas as needed to drive a high performing sales culture.

  • Collaborate with Sales & Business leaders to define sales strategy - including capacity modelling, territory planning & carving, quota-setting and compensation design.


🚀Experience and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SaaS Business drivers.
  • Previous experience of a revenue operations role for at least 2 years.
  • Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of setting up and scaling operations by devising new processes and optimising.
  • Proven track record of influencing stakeholders across the organisation
