About Our TeamThe Courier Operations team is responsible for making sure that the orders created by our customers are going to be successfully fulfilled by the fleet of couriers, by working on developing an accurate forecast of demand and improving the order cancellations rate through an efficient program of incentives and strategy of supply growth, all of our decisiones being 100% driven by data.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for courier new supply, managing the mix of channels (paid, referrals, influencers) to minimize CPL, CAC, and maximize volume, conversion and retention 
  • Own the full experience until the courier makes the first trip, making sure that the E2E onboarding and activation process in each country/region is optimized
  • Responsible for online, referrals and activation budget completion and optimization
  • Responsible for developing new acquisition channels to lower the CAC and increase the volume (whatsapp, web, super referrals, etc)
  • Improve the courier onboarding funnel conversion by decreasing frictions and gaining efficiency in communications

Expected Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or other quantitative fields, with 5+ years of work experience
  • Deep desire to work in a startup environment, helping the company grow, and getting things done
  • Previous experience in managing small teams
  • Previous experience in CRM with Analytics, or any field requiring to create new processes based on data
  • Top-tier analytical capabilities, demonstrated through previous experience
  • Ability to communicate ideas in a clear and structured way
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL is a big plus
  • Fluency in English (for Brazilian candidates) / English (for Spanish-speaking candidates).
