About Our Team
The Courier Operations team is responsible for making sure that the orders created by our customers are going to be successfully fulfilled by the fleet of couriers, by working on developing an accurate forecast of demand and improving the order cancellations rate through an efficient program of incentives and strategy of supply growth, all of our decisiones being 100% driven by data.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the full experience until the courier makes the 30th trip, making sure that the E2E process in each country/region is optimized
  • Sync with all the local teams to adapt to local idiosyncrasies 
  • Design and execute activation campaigns guaranteeing incrementality and cost per activation
  • Design the communications journey until the courier makes the first tripEnsure the best experience for the "first day of connection" T
  • Track the funnel conversion and the problems the current leads are experiencing to move to the next step of the funnel

Expected Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or other quantitative fields, with 3+ years of work experience
  • Strong empathy and ability to socialize and align concepts and action plans with other teams
  • Deep desire to work in a startup environment, helping the company grow, and getting things done
  • Previous experience in managing small teams
  • Previous experience in CRM with Analytics, or any field requiring to create new processes based on data
  • Top-tier analytical capabilities, demonstrated through previous experienceAbility to communicate ideas in a clear and structured way
  • Proficiency in Excel,SQL is a big plus
  • Fluency in English (for Brazilian candidates) / English (for Spanish-speaking candidates).
