We’re looking for a Proposal Manager to join our team at Healthify. You should apply if you are a natural project manager with experience writing responses, coordinating production, and submitting RFP responses. We’re especially interested in candidates who have experience in the healthcare space and who have a passion for making the healthcare system better for individuals and families who struggle to access basic needs like food, transportation, and housing. We welcome candidates of all backgrounds who are excited about our mission to build a world where no one’s health is hindered by their need.

About Us

At Healthify we're fundamentally rethinking how healthcare organizations and communities work together to integrate social services into the healthcare ecosystem.

Our founding team of technologists and social workers came from a background of working with vulnerable individuals and families. They saw how social needs - like access to food and housing -- dramatically impacted healthcare outcomes and costs and were moved to create Healthify. Our products are now used by managed care organizations and health systems around the country.

Since our founding in 2013, we’ve been backed by investors and VCs - from Kapor Capital to Primary Venture Partners - and we’ve built a team that’s both diverse and mission-driven. We enjoy meeting people who share in our commitment to promoting an inclusive, equitable, and safe work environment. We encourage people from marginalized and underrepresented communities to get in touch.
