As a Customer Onboarding Manager at Run The World you will be responsible for guiding our customers through their journey on our virtual events platform. Your role ensures a successful onboarding for new customers that includes delivering virtual training, building out use-cases, developing educational content, and providing event support when required. Your primary goal is to provide each customer with the best possible experience on our platform while fulfilling a critical role between our customers and the development of our platform. You will be measured by customer satisfaction and your ability to proactively guide the completion of key milestones in the customer journey. The knowledge that you will cultivate, organize, and share will be the key to helping our customers successfully organize and launch amazing events on Run The World.

What's your day to day responsibility?

  • Deliver a seamless handoff from sales to onboarding
  • Assist customers with the initial sign up and setup of their account on Run The World
  • Plan and lead hand-on training for event organizers and speakers
  • Educate customers on the value, key features and benefits of the Run The World platform
  • Guide customers through the strategic decisions that must be made to organize, promote, and launch a successful event on Run The World
  • Develop new training materials and virtual content to improve our onboarding experience and our Help Center
  • Take ownership of customer feedback and collaborate with company leadership to help prioritize what we build
  • Participate in managing the Customer Support queue to stay informed of trending topics and challenges with our customers

Who we are looking for?

  • 2–4 years in Customer Success, Implementation, Program Management, or related Event Management experience
  • Natural teacher and influencer
  • Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and concisely (written and verbal) and an engaging presenter
  • Have proven experience building and managing executive level relationships and navigating change
  • Ridiculously organized person with superior time-management skills
  • Have a growth-mindset and natural curiosity
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Posses a helpful and friendly demeanor
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate prior successful experience working remotely
