About This Role
This new position within our Operations team, allows the opportunity to work within a small, fun and results orientated team, whilst working closely and collaboratively with other teams, such as our Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams. For this reason, the successful candidate will need to be a good communicator, able to adapt well to change, prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks. 
***This is a Remote, Work From Home position based out of the United Kingdom with occasional travel to London. Standard Key Holidays may be necessary.**


  • Process customer orders from B2B and B2C customers
  • Work with our third party logistics provider to ensure we meet both B2C and B2B delivery service levels
  • Work with our charity partners to ensure a smooth and efficient process for returned goods
  • Liaise with our suppliers and 3rd party logistics providers to meet goods inbound requirements and maximise inventory availability
  • Working to strict deadlines and managing stakeholder expectations, with regular communication
  • Support the Operations Director and Operations Manager to deliver accurate and timely metrics to the business demonstrating supply chain performance


  • 1-2 years’ prior experience in Customer Support, Operations or Supply Chain function of a B2C ecommerce business
  • Highly motivated self starter
  • Experience in a fast paced, start-up environment with the ability to quickly get up to speed, iterate and take on other projects
  •  Well organised with attention to detail
  • Strong team player
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Happy in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
