Job Description

Chili Piper is looking for a Technical Sourcer to support the rapid scaling of our Engineering, Product, and Customer Support teams.   Responsibilities
  • Being a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Identifying and sourcing top-performing global talent in Engineering, Product, and Customer Support.
  • Working closely with our Senior Technical Recruiter to build strong talent pipelines and expand networks.
  • Maintaining a high-degree of organization.
  • Following up on note-worthy informal and networking referrals.
  • Maintaining employee records toward tracking hiring successes and identifying future opportunities.
What We're Looking For
  • Motivated, solutions-driven, and relationship-oriented person with proven success at a fast-paced, startup environment
  • 1+ years experience in the recruiting function, specifically with experience supporting hiring technical talent
  • Working knowledge of Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, or equivalent tools
  • Organizational super-skills and a proven track record of unearthing difficult-to-find talent
  • Proven success in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • A driven and confident attitude
