Client Implementation Manager

The Opportunity:  

The Client Implementation Manager (CIM) is responsible for coordinating resources within Vault and with prospective clients. The CIM will facilitate communication with operations and other Vault teams to support the closing of opportunities with prospective clients and ensure a smooth handoff to the client success team for ongoing account management.  The CIM is responsible for tracking opportunities with clients, coordinating resources to nurture those opportunities, and ensuring the client experience with Vault is thoughtful and organized. 

Responsibilities:

• Support the assignment of sales leads to the appropriate team member
• Sales and account management support coordination
• Coordination with internal teams to advance sales to close and shorten cycle time (legal, finance, BI, etc.)
• CSAT and NPS tracking and reporting
• Client onboarding and implementation process mapping 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience working with sales and account management or similar teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate resources across organizations
• Experience with cross-team collaboration and problem-solving
• Experience with Salesforce required
• Software/Services implementation experience preferred
