About Us: At Vault, we believe quality healthcare is a human right. Our mission is to make better health outcomes more accessible and affordable for everyone. Our platform makes this possible by bringing remote diagnostics and specialty care to patients in their homes, on their home screens, and within their hometown communities— wherever they choose. We are reimagining the 21st century healthcare experience for patients, practitioners and providers—making the promise of better health more attainable through our end-to-end healthcare platform.   The Opportunity:  Vault is looking for a Product Manager to join our rapidly growing company on the Clinical Trials team. As an early member of Vault's Clinical Trials Product team, you will own a broad variety of product efforts across the company, including patient-facing experiences, EHR products, operational and internal tooling, B2B/enterprise features and more. As the company and business line continues to grow and scale (through your efforts!), you will provide direct input into product development and the clinical trials roadmap.
The ideal candidate has a proven record of combining deep technical expertise and user-obsessed design choices to launch winning products in complex problem spaces. This person has a reputation for getting stuff done, keeping the bar high, and getting into the nitty-gritty while never losing sight of the big picture.
Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to product strategy and develop roadmaps to drive the clinical trial business forward
  • Prioritize product and feature development against business objectives, timelines, and available resources
  • Deeply understand the needs and perspectives of your users (whether they are patients, medical or operational users, or business partners)
  • Document product requirements, develop user flows, and translate into scoped engineering deliverables
  • Partner with design counterparts to turn complicated product requirements into simple and usable software experiences
  • Support engineering through the product development process from kickoff to launch and beyond
  • Communicate with stakeholders to identify priorities, contextualize tradeoffs, find alignment, and share progress
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to make the right decisions for your users and the business
  • Use data and qualitative feedback to measure success, iterate, evolve roadmaps
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • An engineering or strong technical background (computer science degree or equivalent)
  • Are comfortable working on a remote-first team based in the US
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and aren’t afraid of making decisions under uncertainty
  • Have a fierce drive to solve every problem in front of you - quickly, creatively, elegantly, and to completion
  • Are customer-obsessed. You take on complex product challenges and simplify them to avoid making them our users or partner's problems
  • Are a strategic thinker focused on building businesses, not just features. You have a bold long-term vision, and you know how what you do today leads to it
  • Are fluent in data analytics. You know which metrics matter to your products and the business, how to measure them, and are comfortable getting into the weeds analytically
  • Are known for strong collaboration and leadership skills and are a clear and frequent communicator with a diverse team of stakeholders: technical and non-technical, in writing and in-person
  • Take pride in your optimism and grit
  • Are mission driven and are passionate about solving meaningful problems that significantly impact people’s lives
Bonus points for:
  • Experience working at a startup and/or building products from 0 to 1
  • Experience developing or working with medical/healthcare software products
  • Experience developing software within a complex or heavily-regulated industry
  • Experience working on products which are operations-heavy
