We are reimagining the 21st century healthcare experience for patients, practitioners and providers—making the promise of better health more attainable through our end-to-end healthcare platform.   About the Opportunity:  We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. As part of the Talent team, you will play a critical role in Vault Health’s growth. You'll report to the Technical Recruiting Manager and will work closely with stakeholders and hiring managers in IT, Software Engineering and Product Management. This role will be a split of technical recruiting and operations recruiting. We are a 100% remote company.   


  • Actively recruit technical roles for primarily Engineering, IT and Product Management, as well as some operations roles as needed 
  • Manage and handle face-paced, multi-round interview process including scheduling, coordinating interview feedback and handling all candidate communications throughout the on-boarding process
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements on job sites
  • Provide a white glove service as candidates’ point of contact from sourcing to on-boarding
  • Perform advanced sourcing through various mediums including; ATS (applicant tracking system) and external database mining, networking, associations, universities, community agencies, cold calls, social media, referrals, Boolean search strings, online and traditional directories, attend recruitment events as well as other innovative sourcing methods
  • Collaborate with hiring teams on candidate quality reviews and advancement and obtaining feedback to help improve the candidates hiring and on-boarding process
  • Assist the department and team with special projects as it relates to talent acquisition


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 
  • 2 years of experience recruiting for for tech companies, in-house start-up experience preferred 
  • Comfortable balancing multiple competing priorities and ability to self-direct time and meet deadlines
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, Greenhouse experience is a plus
