Role OverviewOn Deck Program Directors (“PDs”) are the face of individual fellowship programs within On Deck. An On Deck PD spearheads and iterates the end-to-end product experience across areas such as curriculum and program design, applications, Fellow experience, and program execution. You’ll be the lead for taking this new program from 0 to 1 and for growing it from 1-x. 
The ideal candidate for this role has strong L&D expertise, is equal parts visionary and executor, and will foster an engaging community.

What you will do:

  • Design and iterate the L&D Fellowship programme to create an impactful learning journey for Fellows.
  • Coordinate events, partnerships, and lasting Fellow connections with the On Deck ecosystem at large.
  • Build a self-organizing community across all cohorts to help support each Fellow's journey.
  • Design and launch new experimental offerings based on Fellow feedback and your ideas.
  • Build hundreds of new relationships and have a one-of-a-kind experience connecting the top talent worldwide.
  • Ultimately, ensure Fellows have a mind-blowing experience, unlike any other community they've ever been part of before.

  • L&D expertise. Especially the ability to curate the best resources such as identifying and recruiting top speakers.
  • Thrive in environments that are fast-paced, autonomous, scrappy, and require a willingness to build from 0-1 and solve problems.
  • Vision and creativity to take something from 1-x.
  • Customer-centric focus with experience as a front-lines community builder, leading teams, and a history of supporting others.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, charisma, and enjoys building new relationships.

Due to the remote nature of the role, On Deck does not currently sponsor candidates for visas or work authorizations/permits and does not currently support the transfer of visas or work authorizations/permits from prior employers to On Deck.
CompensationThis role comes with a competitive salary, stock options, unlimited PTO, and employee benefits, including generous healthcare.
LocationOur team works remotely, and we are excited about candidates globally.  Please note that our team works on GMT-7 PST-friendly hours, so your location will affect your work hours, which may be difficult from Europe or Asia. Start DateYou would start as soon as possible.
