Technical Program Manager - Core Products
Remote (US and Canada only)
We believe the way people interact with their finances will drastically improve in the next few years. We’re dedicated to empowering this transformation by building the tools and infrastructure developers need to create their own products. Plaid powers the tools millions of people rely on to live a healthier financial life. We work with thousands of companies like Venmo and SoFi, several of the Fortune 500, and many of the largest banks to make it easy for people to connect their financial accounts to the apps and services they want to use. Plaid’s network covers 11,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK and Europe. Founded in 2013, the company is headquartered in San Francisco with offices in New York, Salt Lake City, Washington D.C., London and Amsterdam.
We’re looking for a Technical Program Manager to scale some of our most foundational data products. You will work across our Auth, Balance, Identity, Transactions, Investments, Liabilities, and Link products which are instrumental in building the modern financial management experiences that are shaping the future of financial services.
In this role, you’ll help grow our portfolio of Core Products by owning and improving product quality-related initiatives and broader product development practices. In close collaboration with the Core Product Lead and Core Engineering Lead, you’ll drive operational investments and improvements for the Core Product team.
You’ll be tasked with managing the underlying operational cadence of the team, as well as supporting ongoing product roadmapping, internal coordination, alignment, and reporting. As one of your first projects, you’ll create a reliable and scalable system for monitoring and managing product quality.
Technical Program Managers at Plaid bring subject matter expertise, operational rigor, and energy to lead teams through complex development efforts. We’re dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive TPM team that celebrates knowledge sharing, collaboration, and mentorship.
