Finance Intern

We are Niagahoster, a tech company based in Yogyakarta that provides web-hosting services. We are opening an internship opportunity to work with our Finance team. You will facilitates the efficient operation by performing a variety of day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks in Finance team. If you are a detail-oriented person with strong interpersonal skill and eager to get experience working with our Finance Team, join us now!

Responsibilities:

• Assisting the administrative work of Account Payables team in checking & collecting invoices and taxes invoices also preparing payables data and managing invoices for accounting software
• Assisting the administrative work related to the taxation such as checking and documenting withholding tax slips from customers, distributing withholding tax slips to vendors and also collecting all tax documents needed for the company purposes

Requirements

• Final-year students or fresh graduates of accounting and finance fields;

• Must be computer literate especially in Excel or Google Spreadsheet;

• Knowledge of General Accounting Procedures a plus;

• Good communication and cooperation skills;

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines.
