The Field Marketing Coordinator, North America is a supporting role to the Field Marketing team who are responsible for executing events and campaigns throughout the Americas. The role will expose the individual to a broad range of disciplines including events, webinars, accounting, email, sales enablement, Account Based Marketing and communications. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fast growing software company, cut your teeth in B2B tech marketing and work with some amazing individuals from around the world.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Field Marketing, Americas, you will work with the West, East and Central Field Marketing Managers and be an integral part of our growing team.

The Field Marketing Coordinator, North America is a supporting role to the Field Marketing team who are responsible for executing events and campaigns throughout the Americas. Responsibilities
- Coordination of our workshop program
- Updating of website with new events
- Supporting our trade shows
- Admin/reporting research, evaluation and execution of 3rd party events
- Contracts and invoicing
- Monthly newsletters to sales
- Manage online store inventory
- You will also collaborate with the digital/demand generation team, as well as liaising with cross functional teams such as sales, pre-sales, legal and finance when required
- Opportunity for travel
Preferred skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, or equivalent
- Great organizational and project management skills, with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and a bias towards action and getting things done
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative mindset, willing to work with key internal teams
- Curious and genuine interest in technology and marketing
- Previous experience working at a B2B tech company is a nice to have
- Knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, Google Drive/Sheets/Slides, etc. and/or willingness to learn on the job
