What You'll Be Doing:

  • The majority of your day will be spent overseeing the performance our pharmacy operations (remote) and case management teams dedicated to Pharmacy services and patient support
  • Establish requirements for reporting, and work cross functionally to implement and deliver those reports
  • Work collaboratively with leaders and team members to set training and quality assurance plans to ensure members are receiving their medication in a timely manner
  • Help to forecast staffing needs based on expected and observed program performance
  • Manage performance expectations with our front end patient support staff
  • Find creative ways to reduce friction and make our customer experience more seamless
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Become an expert with our software solutions, including but not limited to, Talkdesk, Zendesk, Cover My Meds and Pioneer 
  • Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday, 7am- 9pm CST (5am-7pm PST), with occasional weekend hours to support business needs

What You'll Need:

  • 2+ years experience leading health care operations teams 
  • Knowledge of and ability to use and apply medical terminology 
  • Knowledge of computer systems and electronic medical records 
  • Ability to solve problems and identify solutions 
  • Ability to demonstrate customer service skills in interactions with all patients, families, and staff including in high volume and stressful situations 
  • Ability to work independently as well as an integral part of the patient care team 
  • Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures High School Diploma or GED equivalent 
  • Preferred: Experience with pharmacy benefit/prior auth related related customer support
  • Preferred: Experience with Telehealth
  • Preferred: Experience with startups
