What You'll Be Doing:

  • Help identify, measure and communicate operational and third party risks
  • Support management of third party risk onboarding and due diligence by ensuring appropriate risk assessments are completed
  • Assist with the collection of due diligence documents and evaluations of third party relationships
  • Ensure adequate, appropriate and current third party risk documentation is maintained in the third party risk management (TPRM) software system
  • Leverage the third party risk management software as the system of record and as a reporting tool for vendor risk analysis
  • Consult with business leaders to develop corrective action plans and effectively manage change
  • Assist in development of training materials supporting the TPRM program; help facilitate internal training of stakeholders on TPRM requirements
  • Work with other risk functions to understand, support and/or advise in development and implementation of controls that mitigate risks
  • Provide quality control review on data and submissions by first line of defense
  • Maintain policies and other governance documents relating to the TPRM program
  • Review contractual terms and conditions
  • Identify and track issues and complaints
  • Work with management and stakeholders to ensure proper vendor termination procedures are in place and enforced

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Required
  • 5 ore more years directly related or combined TPRM, Operational Risk or other Risk Management Discipline
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation, invoice processing and legal terms review
  • Knowledge of different insurance types and Accord forms preferred
  • Experience with document repository naming conventions and document retention protocol
  • Working knowledge of operational risks and controls
  • Ability to consistently deliver results and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate clearly and with confidence to all associate levels
  • Excellent judgement and critical thinking
