Olo is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join the FP&A team. This position will be deeply involved in the various finance needs of the company, such as data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and reporting. The primary focus of this role will be to partner with business unit  General Managers to act as their key financial resource to assist in driving strategy and financial planning and reporting. 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all P&L financial planning activities, including management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting
  • Responsible for driving and monitoring financial performance, analyzing, and interpreting operating results, investigating variances and unusual items; and evaluating their effect on current and future operations
  • Drive the financial planning process for monthly/quarterly forecast, annual budgeting, and Long-Range-Planning
  • Assist in the formation and monitoring of key strategic product objectives
  • Ensure product and engineering roadmap align with strategic and financial objectives
  • Ensure that required GTM and deployment activities are being executed on  
  • Assist in M&A/partner related activities including contract negotiations and legal review
  • Assist in pricing/contribution analysis with understanding on the impact across the Olo product suite
  • Partner with business unit General Managers  and other cross-functional leaders to identify operational improvements to drive P&L objectives
  • Assist in preparation of presentations for the Board of Directors and Executive Team
  • Prepare various ad hoc financial analyses for senior management

What We’ll Expect From You

  • 6-8 years of experience in corporate planning, business finance, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and extensive experience building integrated models from scratch in Excel
  • A proven ability to communicate effectively to different constituent groups and build strong working relationships
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance, Accounting or STEM field.
  • Legally able to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of Intacct, Looker BI and Adaptive Insights or similar tools
  • Experience working in a high-growth, rapidly scaling organization
  • MBA
  • SaaS industry experience
