Olo is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join the FP&A team. This position will be deeply involved in the various finance needs of the company, such as data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and reporting. The primary focus of this role will be to partner with FP&A and Product Leadership to develop data tools that will enable better visibility into customer revenue trends and opportunities.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive KPI insights and analysis for the Finance team to improve the quality of our forecasting efforts by leveraging our extensive operational data
  • Develop dashboards to enhance Olo’s ability to track metrics in real time
  • Partner with stakeholders to make data-driven decisions across the organization by leveraging descriptive and predictive analytics where it will have material impact
  • Provide comprehensive day-to-day analytics support to partner teams, develop tools and resources to empower data access and utilization across Olo
  • Lead strategic analytical projects that provide important insights or promote operational change. You will partner with senior leadership to accomplish these projects, providing analytical horsepower to high-level projects
  • Perform ad hoc analyses of business performance trends to inform executive decisions and provide ad hoc reporting in Looker. For example, performing deep dive analytics on high-impact topics such as drivers of order volumes by customer segment and the long-term trends within order volumes

What We’ll Expect From You

  • 5-7 years of experience with the majority spent in a consulting or corporate analytics role
  • Significant experience working with Excel and other tools related to queries and data management, experience delivering self-services analytics using Looker and other BI tools
  • Advanced ability writing SQL queries
  • A proven ability to communicate effectively to different constituent groups and build strong working relationships
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Finance, Accounting or STEM field.
  • Legally able to work in the U.S.

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of Intacct, Looker BI and Adaptive Insights or similar tools
  • Experience working in a high-growth, rapidly scaling organization
  • SaaS industry experience
