The Role
The Revenue Technology (RevTech) team equips and supports Palantir’s Sales, Marketing, Finance and other units to execute on their objectives. Equipped with a deep knowledge of Salesforce, as the Salesforce Administrator you’ll focus on the overall support and maintenance of Palantir’s Salesforce instances, including (but not limited to) design and development, integration, testing, regular platform maintenance, etc. As part of that support, you will collaborate with our internal support teams as well as our business stakeholders.

Core Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in Palantir’s Salesforce instance and advise the business on Salesforce capabilities.
  • Translate complex business requirements from our key stakeholders into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products.
  • Perform day-to-day maintenance and administration of Salesforce, including maintaining custom objects, automation, user profiles, and other key functionality, as needed.
  • Build, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
  • Provide estimates and work breakdown structures for assigned tasks.
  • Absorb new product and technical capabilities from Salesforce during new product releases and acquisitions.

What We Value

  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, preferably in an admin or developer role.
  • Systems delivery and project management experience including: requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, deployment, training, and delivery.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve conflicts with users, and work autonomously and proactively to solve problems.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to compellingly articulate Salesforce’s capabilities and offerings to audiences with varying levels of technical skill and seniority.
  • Apex coding experience or desire to learn Apex is a plus.
