Position Summary:  Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Copywriter at PointClickCare is a primary representative from the Marketing team responsible for crafting product related copy across our product portfolio for LTPAC, Acute, Payer, Life Sciences and others as the company portfolio expands.  The successful candidate will have excellent writing skills and will know how to create copy that speaks persuasively to prospective customers.   Key Responsibilities:·         Work closely with Product Marketing and Product Management to extract informative data from market research and distill complex product value props into simple, easy to understand, compelling messages for the customer·         Develop copy for products across our portfolio that include, but not limited to, solution sheets, product web pages, customer success stories, infographics, and solution set narratives·         Ability to fit a narrative within a defined process and know when to create something new to appeal to a different audience ·         Assist Product Marketing team to develop positioning and messaging documents for each portfolio ·         Work collaboratively across teams to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging across all products and services·         Increase impact and effectiveness by understanding our products, customers, and competitive landscape·         Proofread, edit, and fact-check product level communication prior to production·         Write compelling, on-brand copy that inspires and informs while driving action across multiple channels·         Implement SEO enhancement in all web and digital content·         Juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and still uphold a high attention to detail and follow-through·         Stay up to date on trends and data reflecting customer behavior and an ever-changing healthcare industry·         Pitch in on ad hoc projects as necessary Required Experience:·         Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, marketing, or related communications field·         4+ years copywriting experience, healthcare preferred ·         Excellent writing, editing, research and storytelling skills·         Have a customer-centric mindset with a passion for marketing product and solutions·         Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment and develop strong partners internally and externally across many levels of the organization·         Solid understanding of digital communications and media channels preferred·         A keen eye for detailsWorking at PointClickCare goes beyond the resume, because the work we perform makes a true difference in people’s lives.
