What You'll Be Doing:

  • Work with marketing and Sales Development Representatives to identify qualified targets
  • Research clients, identify key contacts, connect with prospects, and generate interest through timely, regular outreach to develop long-term relationships
  • Build, nurture, manage, and close pipeline and deals
  • Collaborate with Growth Team to create sales processes and infrastructure for the sales team and teach others
  • Hire and manage a team
  • Work with other internal teams and business leaders to support & close deals
  • Negotiate and orchestrate the contract and pricing process 
  • Track real-time interactions with all partners and customers in SalesForce
  • Own and manage our revenue goals for your team

What You'll Need:

  • 7 – 10 years in enterprise sales and business development
  • Strong track record carrying and reaching your quota
  • Have sold technical/complex products in the past, infrastructure, developer tools, data, scores, APIs...etc
  • Experience working in healthcare and digital health
  • Bringing an existing book of client relationships is a big plus
  • Track record of positioning, messaging, and setting strategy
  • Ability to use sales analytics and marketing data to identify patterns and contribute to sales planning and execution
  • Understands how to fit company product with market needs and articulate that need
  • Ability to develop executive-level relationships
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills required
  • Ability to manage teams
