What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partner with the Life Sciences team to develop and socialize our go to market plan, including customer segmentations, market sizing, product-market fit analyses, sales and P&L forecasting and management
  • Collaborate with Business leaders across Telemedicine, Pharmacy, and Diagnostics to develop and crystalize value propositions for TruePill products and solutions for the Life Sciences Sector
  • Support business development processes, from pipeline and partnership strategy, pitch decks, pricing models, contracting, and onboarding and ongoing relationship management
  • Lead weekly Life Sciences pipeline review and business strategy meetings with key internal business partners
  • Work with Strategic Client Executives and Marketing teams to understand current level of satisfaction with existing customer base
  • Collaborate across internal teams to assess and communicate “voice of the customer” to shape product road maps and other supporting capabilities to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Work with other corporate partners to support marketing initiatives and visibility efforts in the Life Sciences space
  • Work with Life Sciences Market President and other business partners to create pipeline reports and sales analytics leveraging to inform business development efforts
  • Lead other key initiatives as business needs evolve in collaboration with the Market President including but not limited to Life Sciences sector business and account planning, quota setting and compensation planning, campaign management, and market research

What You'll Need:

  •  7-10+ years of experience in a corporate strategy, management consulting, business development, or senior client-facing roles
  • Experience in and knowledge of healthcare, and specifically Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, and device manufacturers
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to tie detailed analysis to a larger strategy
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to identify, formulate, and communicate mutually beneficial initiatives to prospects and customers
  • Strong initiative, problem-solving ability, and sense of ownership when driving projects to completion
  • Exceptional communications skills, with a proven ability to influence at all levels across a matrixed organization as well as across customers & prospects
  • Experience with SalesForce and sales analytics is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
