About Our Role

Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will create and orchestrate demand generation campaigns that grow BibliU’s sales pipeline. You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally, aligning closely with marketing and sales team members to market our learning enablement platform to higher education institutions. Primarily, you will be responsible for implementing and testing “growth hacks” via email marketing.

Responsibilities


  • Collaborate on the execution of the growth marketing plan, optimising the use of email marketing

  • Manage creative marketing campaigns aimed to drive new business and test out market segments.

  • Conceive, develop, and execute on multi-touch marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads, in alignment with company goals

  • Collaborate closely with marketing counterparts, such as content marketing, product marketing, and sales development, to increase marketing success rates

  • Develop and implement email nurture strategies, using a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action

  • Regularly report program/campaign performance

  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, Salesforce, Outreach, etc) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads


Requirements

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree (studying or completed)

  • Proactive self-starter

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Preferably: Business acumen

  • Preferably: Marketing experience
