To strengthen and expand our modern IT operations management platform, we are looking for a Senior Director of Corporate Marketing to drive awareness, interest, and demand for OpsRamp’s disruptive solutions.


  • Help set and execute the overall vision and strategic plan for the Marketing organization

  • Lead marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, webinars, analyst and market research management, and website design and content, either directly or through outsourced vendors

  • Create compelling marketing campaigns and manage effective demand generation programs that combine events, digital, social, with a content-based, persona-driven, integrated approach

  • Work with Sales closely to understand their needs and help them meet their sales targets

  • Supervise the planning and development of campaigns, content marketing, and communications materials

  • Develop metrics and reporting to drive continuous process and strategy improvement

  • Develop, and maintain, relationships with analysts and industry influencers at leading research firms

  • Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company

  • Recruit, train, and manage a growing marketing team

  • Interface and collaborate with other OpsRamp teams to drive a holistic marketing approach


  • Minimum 8+ years experience in a senior-level marketing role in enterprise B2B technology companies, preferable with SaaS-based IT management solution providers

  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of marketing strategies, demand gen campaigns, awareness and successful public relations efforts

  • Experience with digital advertising, social media marketing and product-led growth marketing

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simply explain complex topics with great interpersonal style

  • Ability to clearly articulate the OpsRamp value proposition and story to customers

  • Possesses a strong management presence and leadership ability that inspires and motivates

  • Demonstrated excellence in analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, delegation, planning, organization, and judgment

  • Strong collaboration acumen and ability to multi-task

  • Experience at a growth-stage startup or creating new market segments for an innovative established firm

  • Deep domain knowledge in IT operations management, service management, or with service providers preferred
