The Role
The Revenue Technology (RevTech) team equips and supports Palantir’s Marketing, Sales, Finance and other units to reach their objectives. Equipped with a deep knowledge of Salesforce, as the Revenue Ops Program Manager you’ll serve as a bridge between Sales and Marketing Operations and Palantir’s RevTech team. You’ll also be responsible for managing Palantir’s Salesforce instances. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders across Sales and Marketing, as well as other business areas, so to be successful you should have solid interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • In partnership with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other groups, manage Palantir’s Salesforce instance and other sales and marketing tools, troubleshoot user issues, and develop solutions in the platform.
  • Perform day-to-day maintenance and administration of Salesforce, including maintaining custom objects, automation, user profiles, and other key functionality, as needed.
  • Become an expert in Palantir’s Sales and Marketing operations. Be an advisor to the business on Salesforce capabilities and the sales lifecycle.
  • Take complex user requirements and translate them to simple, actionable workflows for our key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the key point of contact for special projects in finance, sales and business development.

What We Value

  • Demonstrated experience working with Salesforce required.
  • Project management experience including: requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing, deployment, training, and delivery.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, resolve conflicts with users, and work autonomously to solve problems.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to compellingly articulate Salesforce’s capabilities and offerings to audiences with varying levels of technical skill and seniority.
  • Experience in software sales or marketing a plus.
